Defective Gimbal? Send It To Us (Not Overseas)!
One way we differentiate between other distributors is that we offer a USA backed warranty for any gimbal purchased directly from us. Typically when you purchase through another retailer or distributor, you'll be at the whim of their return and warranty policies. Most distributors will request you to contact the manufacturer directly.
Rather than put you through that hassle, we've decided to back any gimbals purchased through us with our own 90-Day USA warranty. If your gimbal becomes defective within 90 days from the date you purchased it through us, please reach out to us and we'd be more than happy to get you a brand new replacement, free of charge.
If you have issues outside of the 90 days from the date you purchased your gimbal, we can still assist with getting you in touch with the manufacturer to ensure a smooth transition and process for getting your gimbal repaired or replaced.
