30 Day Returns - No Questions Asked.
We pride ourselves on the ability to deliver an amazing product and experience, so much so that we back your order with a standard 30 day return policy. If for any reason you'd like to return a gimbal to us within 30 days of the receipt of your order, we'll be happy to accept a return.
We don't charge any restocking fees for returns, but we do kindly ask that if you are returning a gimbal simply because it didn't fit your needs, that you ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method.
If a gimbal ended up being defective and you'd like to return it, we'd be more than happy to provide you a pre-paid return label to send it back to us. We'd also be happy to replace the gimbal for a brand new one if it turns out that the gimbal you received isn't working properly.
